Security Electronics Projects

Central Utah Correctional Facility - Gunnison, UT

New construction of a maximum security addition to a state detention facility, adjacent to an existing facility, containing inmate housing with support spaces. Security electronics were integrated into existing systems.

CML provided both SEC and DEC scopes of work for CUCF. 

The SEC scope of work included both the furnish and install of the following:

  • CTV

  • Access control system

  • Touchscreen control system

  • PLC electronic detention monitoring and control

  • Intercom paging system

  • Voice and data communication system

  • Guard tour system

  • Perimeter fence

Maguire Correctional Facility - Redwood, CA

CML Security provided renovations and improvements for the 12-story facility’s security electronics systems, including replacement of the existing detention doors with a pneumatic door system. The upgrades also integrated video visitation and overall systems modernization.

The scope of work included both the furnish and install of the following Security Electronic Systems:

  • PLC Door control
  • CCTV
  • Intercom/Paging
  • Access Control
  • HMI System

Kern County Justice Facility - Bakersfiled, CA

New 215,000 sq. ft. addition to the Kern County Justice Facility consisting of three medium-security housing units of 100 cells each and one maximum security special housing unit of 104 cells. This project is part of the California AB900 funding.

CML provided both the SEC and DEC scopes of work for Kern County Justice Facility.

The scope of work included both the furnish and install of the following Security Electronic Systems:

  • CCTV

  • Video visitation system

  • Access control system

  •  Touchscreen control system

  • PLC electronic detention monitoring and control

  • Intercom paging system

Wyoming Boys School - Worland, WY

This project involved replacing four existing touch screen stations in four different housing buildings. Also, a fifth touch screen station was added in the administration building.

The CML staff completed the project on site while working in an occupied facility.

The scope of work included both the furnish and install of the following Security Electronic Systems:

  • Intercom/Paging
  • CCTV
  • HMI

 

DeNier Youth Services Center - Durango, CO

The Denier facility was phase 6 of a 6-phase security system upgrade project, funded by the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) for their Division of Youth Correction Facilities.

CML coordinated design with the CDHS, DeNier Facility staff and the State Consultant, fabricated and installed an entire integrated new security system. Installation was successfully completed in one week while maintaining a secure and active facility.
